i know so many people who are liars and thieves at thermotron--- it is
easy to see why mark lamers said that "Good people " don't stay here 4
long--
on one of the "many embezzler" jobs i have been on --
one that really
stands out was with Fred Plont and Hil Sybesma-- during the installation
of the facility in Pablo Colorato-- and
this was during the time that
Thomas Bannach was "druming out " mike Gillio --
as we were filling in our Labor" hours -- Fred Plont -- showed Hil
Sybesma -- a veriety of hour to charge per day on that job-
- now the
actual hours on the labor charge was (ten) 10 hours,
but fred Plont
being a smart ass-- offered hil-- other options-- like 12,14 16, or 18
hours-- and
hil Sybesma -- picked the 18 hours per day value-- so the
comment was-- well we can charge the company the time we sleep in the
Hotel --on this job.
and as Hil Sybesma also commented--
well i have to put a new roof on my
house -- and this should pay for it--So that the Embezzlers added an
extra 40 hours on to their work charge report--
Yes embezzling is a quick way to get a raise-- but it means that you
"have to be a YES man"

hil is another .. with NO TRAINING IN ANYTHINg .. except .. lying and embezzlement
John tenbrink was another one.. who when he backstabbed his co-workers at thermotron and ESPEC .
.he would say “Old Bob Wiley ” IS AS SMART AS A FOX”
(to hide his backstabbing lying)I was stuck with that low-life for 9 months on a job.. ..
john found that no one else would hire him except Bob-less wiley.. who told john that it was
“Ok to lie about what was happening on a job” so long as U didn’t get BoB-less in trouble..
ALSO Mitch Kerr of ALL TEMP ENGing fame told me that
He knew that thermotron employe’s under tom bannach’s management were backstabbers and slanders and thieves.. roger cannary.. the national service manager..
He and TOM were asked by employee’s ..
“what was thermotron budget’s for thief and embezzlement..
or dave waterfield.. as i told him.. the west coast was a DEN OF LIARS AND THIEVES when tome
bannach was there!!
these are just 4 of the holland “clans” where U can see the generational pervert curse..
Now jesus says it would be better if a rock was put around his neck and he was thrown into the

hil and tom and the others ,.. teach that it is “OK” to lie, cheat and steal..
